This is a house that is currently in the documentation stage and the full handover should be by the end November or early December 2008. This would probably mean that the rooms in this house would be available by the end of December. Could be slightly earlier or slightly later, depends on how fast the government works, I’ll be crossing my fingers to get it by the mentioned date.

There will be 10 rooms if I remember correctly in this house. This house is extremely strategic for working people who are either working in Subang Parade, Carrefour, or working anywhere within the KTM or LRT stations as this house is very near the KTM station that connects to the other LRTs from Sentral Station KL. It will also be convenient for students from Inti College, Taylor’s College & Metropolitan College as it is all a walking distance away. Food, fresh groceries and all other amenities like bus stops, taxi stands are all a stone throw away from the house.
