There are no longer any available rooms in No: 4 & No: 8 at the moment. We however have some latest room availability updates for No: 35 and also the progress on No: 17 and also our new acquisition of No: 29, SS15/3A, Subang Jaya (which is the same row as the McDonald’s drive-in at SS15 Subang Jaya).

Work has begun in this house as the contractor has been confirmed however the estimated date of completion now has moved to the end of October but I believe that it will be totally ready by mid November 2009. It’s definitely later than we have expected which will also mean more money for the banks.

New Acquisition – No: 29, Jalan SS15/3A, Subang Jaya

This acquisition has been done about 2 weeks ago and the completion date plus the renovation required for this house would make it a 2010 New Year opening that is estimated in early part of January 2010. This would be a female only residence (only female tenants allowed) since No: 35 now is being housed with a majority of males. Great for tenants who can’t get enough of the 24 hour McDonald’s which is on the same row of the house.

Time sure flies, Merdeka Day is long gone and the next upcoming festive season is the Hari Raya where the balik kampung fever begins. We have quite a number of room updates where quite a number of rooms are now available for immediate move in, check them out below:

The keys have been obtained and the renovations will begin right after Hari Raya where there will be 7 rooms in total if the price is ok from my contractor today. If the price is not according to the budget allocated, the number of rooms may be decreased accordingly. The targeted completion date of the renovation is mid-October next month. This is progress and lets hope that there will be no more hiccups along the way.

Hi Everyone! Just wanted to inform everyone that there are new rooms coming up very soon at No: 17, USJ 2/4, Subang Jaya. The rooms in this house will be open to all sexes. We plan to have about 5-6 rooms in this house. Each room will be quite spacious (in comparison with the smaller rooms available at No: 8 ) and fully furnished, fully facilitated with refrigerator and washing machine and all water, electricity & wifi internet bills are inclusive in your rental.

This house is in the completion stage of documentation and the latest we heard is that we will be able to have the keys to the house by middle of next month the latest. We hope this would be not delayed as if it is as per the schedule that we have received, the renovation would be able to be done within the month of July 2009 and we ready for move in on August 2009. This is the timing that we are targeting for.

For those who are interested in the rooms at this location, kindly drop us a comment as we will be compiling a waiting list that will be updated for the launching of this new rooms and those who register earlier will have a 1st view and option to the rooms before the later registrants.
