The tenant has confirmed that she will be moving out at the end of this month, therefore it is will be ready for move-in on July 1st 2009. There is an open room viewing tomorrow, 8th Monday at 7pm if you would like to view the room as several other potential tenants will be coming to view it. Hope to see you then!
