The tenant just moved in to the room today & paid the balance of the deposits. She is on a three month contract here. Therefore, only one more room left for this house that is still available as of this moment.

This room was just recently rented my a female who is working in Taipan Business Centre (USJ 10). It is currently occupied now.
This room has been rented by two Segi College students since it is very convenient for them as it is only a stone throw away from the house.
