Time sure flies, Merdeka Day is long gone and the next upcoming festive season is the Hari Raya where the balik kampung fever begins. We have quite a number of room updates where quite a number of rooms are now available for immediate move in, check them out below:

The keys have been obtained and the renovations will begin right after Hari Raya where there will be 7 rooms in total if the price is ok from my contractor today. If the price is not according to the budget allocated, the number of rooms may be decreased accordingly. The targeted completion date of the renovation is mid-October next month. This is progress and lets hope that there will be no more hiccups along the way.

The LHDN has decided to revert back to the old system therefore expediting all the processes. The lawyer was either suppose to pass me the keys to the house either this couple of days. Since last week has gone by, I assume it will be this week and I will definitely be calling them tomorrow morning on this.
Beautiful rain, can never get enough of it at this time of the year, at least it will be haze free for a couple of hours with the help of nature. Time for some updates :

I believe I have mentioned this in my other post, there was a delay (yet again) by the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) is stamping all the necessary documents and therefore causing a terrible delay which is totally out of my control. The last I spoke to my lawyer, they said it should be in a week or two, I’m kind of breathing down their neck already as I am as eager to get the rooms ready as much as you are interested to take a look at the room. More updates will definitely follow as I receive the news from my lawyers.

This room is situated next to the kitchen (ideal for those who always wants to be close the the refrigerator for a quick snack!). This room is windowed into the kitchen. The room has a ceiling fan, fully furnished with a computer table, chair, bed frame with mattress and a full dress wooden wardrobe. We would like to share with you some specifications of the room and also some general facts of this house where the room is situated in:
Room Specifications
This room is situated on the 1st floor, the window is facing the back of the house. This is an en-suite (attached) sharing bathroom with heater with the next room. (Currently the tenant next door is a male student). The room is fully furnished with a bed frame with mattress, wooden wardrobe, a wooden computer table & a chair. There is also a LG air-conditioner with remote control. The room is parquet floored.
House Specifications
All room rentals include all bills such as water & electricity. The whole entire house is equipped with free unlimited wifi broadband internet connection. The other facilities available is a gas cooker where cooking is allowed. There is also a refrigerator (fridge) and also a front facing washing machine. The common areas of the house will also be cleaned periodically by cleaners. (At the time of this post, all tenants are males). There are ten room in this big house. The available rooms will be stated towards the end of this post (where you will be able to do the math on how many rooms are occupied). All tenants are required to sign a tenancy agreement of a certain time period attached to it that is negotiable. This tenancy agreement has strict house rules to maintain a clean, safe, quiet & peaceful environment in the house that is to the benefit of all the room tenants.
The previous tenant who is still in tenancy of this room will be moving out by the end of this month. The tenant was from Sabah and they were studying in Segi College but their plans has changed as they will be going overseas and will no longer be needing this room. This means that it will be available for move in by the 1st August 2009. This room is open for viewing on appointment basis. This house has 6 rooms, 3 downstairs and 3 upstairs, one bathroom on each floor, the bigger one upstairs (you can use either one). All room rentals include all bills such as water & electricity.
