Since there have been request on other rooms that I currently do not have inventory of, I have decided to place those requests here. For tenants who are looking for a particular area may place their request here and for owners, they may also place their ads here.
I just received a one month booking fee on this room. The tenant is looking to move in this weekend.
The tenant just mentioned to me that she will be renting an entire house with her friends therefore will be moving out, she has just given her one month notice to me… this room will be available for move in on June 1st 2009.
This room is currently OCCUPIED by a student from a nearby college in Petaling Jaya.
This room is available as of now. It is ready for immediate move in. This room has a ceiling fan as well.
The tenant just moved in to the room today & paid the balance of the deposits. She is on a three month contract here. Therefore, only one more room left for this house that is still available as of this moment.
