Hi Everyone, hope all is good with all of you! Got some updates and a new upcoming house with new rooms in the making! The new house is situated at No: 29, SS15/3A, Subang Jaya. We expect this place to be up within a month’s time if all goes well with the contractor. This house is situated at the same row as the 24 hour McDonald’s SS15 drive thru, so just in case you ever get hungry or thirsty, you know where to go. Anyway, got some updates for the other rooms:

Lots of changes since the last update was made and we are happy to announce revised rental rates for No: 35 (rates are reflected at the right hand side menu) and also NEW rates for the NEW No: 17, USJ 2/4, Subang Jaya. RoomToLetNow.Com is proud to be managing 35 rooms (with the addition of No: 17) for females only in Subang Jaya and our management has been running for close to 2 years now. We have a major official announcement, as of 1st November 2009, No: 35, SS15/2B, Subang Jaya will be FEMALE ONLY tenants. All existing male tenants will move out by the 31st October 2009. All rooms in No: 35 except the master bedroom (booked already) are available. The type of rooms start from RM 320 upwards, all types and sizes (air-conditioned and without) available including en suite (attached) bathrooms.
