The tenant just mentioned to me that she will be renting an entire house with her friends therefore will be moving out, she has just given her one month notice to me… this room will be available for move in on June 1st 2009.
This room has already been booked for move in by someone who is working in Glenmarie on April 1st 2009. Will update once this room comes vacant or on notice next.
