The LHDN has decided to revert back to the old system therefore expediting all the processes. The lawyer was either suppose to pass me the keys to the house either this couple of days. Since last week has gone by, I assume it will be this week and I will definitely be calling them tomorrow morning on this.

Hi Zeen, yes the master bedroom is available now. Unfortunately it does not land within your budget of RM 350. The rental for the room is RM 750 as it is fully furnished, water & electric & wifi internet bills included, air-conditioned, en-suite bathroom with balcony. The master bedroom is also big enough for 3 people to stay in.

Hi Fad, we have a master bedroom just came available in SS15 for female only. It’s fully furnished with personal attached bathroom n comes with an air-conditioner, price is RM750 inclusive of all water, electricity, wifi internet, washing machine, fridge, cooker…
