Hi Everyone! Just wanted to inform everyone that there are new rooms coming up very soon at No: 17, USJ 2/4, Subang Jaya. The rooms in this house will be open to all sexes. We plan to have about 5-6 rooms in this house. Each room will be quite spacious (in comparison with the smaller rooms available at No: 8 ) and fully furnished, fully facilitated with refrigerator and washing machine and all water, electricity & wifi internet bills are inclusive in your rental.
This house is in the completion stage of documentation and the latest we heard is that we will be able to have the keys to the house by middle of next month the latest. We hope this would be not delayed as if it is as per the schedule that we have received, the renovation would be able to be done within the month of July 2009 and we ready for move in on August 2009. This is the timing that we are targeting for.
For those who are interested in the rooms at this location, kindly drop us a comment as we will be compiling a waiting list that will be updated for the launching of this new rooms and those who register earlier will have a 1st view and option to the rooms before the later registrants.

Hi Candice, the said room is in the making & is scheduled to be ready for move in by August 2009 provided there are no delays. Photos of the rooms have not been taken yet but floor plans would be shared soon. With the floor plans, prices for the rooms will also be released together in due time. Hi Chloe, We have actually made it convenient for our potential tenants by allowing them to join our newsletter available on the top right hand corner of the main page where they can place their name and email address and confirm it via your email and wa la, u will be informed of all changes and updates on all the rooms under our management. This will save you some time in checking in to our website so often but of course we appreciate your visits all the time. There is a long waiting list of potential tenants who like yourself are eagerly waiting for the release of the room information. Do you have a budget for the room that you are looking for?

As I remember correctly, there is a room going to be available at No: 8 for move-in by 1st September 2009. The current tenant already has pre-informed me about it but I am still waiting for their confirmed notice by the end of this month before I announce is on the blog. Hi Candice, we just spoke to our lawyers and they said that it should be in a week’s time before we get the keys. Apparently the change of the system in the land office has created a delay that is totally uncalled for. We are upset about the delay as well. *crossing fingers* that everything will be done really really soon.

Hi Chloe, Yes, correct, there is a Room E at No: 8 (RM 190) will be available for move in on 1st September 2009. This room is not booked yet. This room is open for booking now. Yes, u may book the room now by placing a one month non-refundable booking deposit for move in on 1st September 2009. 1st person who places the booking deposit gets the room.

Hi Candice, I already have managed to get the keys No: 17 and renovation work will be commencing next week Wednesday which is after Raya. The contractor mentioned to me that it will take approximately 3 weeks to get the whole place ready, so I hope the place would be ready for viewing by mid October 2009.
I however still have not been able to decide on whether this new place would be for pure females, pure males or pure couples. If you are interested and would like a say in this, please comment the following:

My recommended suggestion is to sign up to my blog newsletter (situated at the right top hand corner of the page) so that you will be informed on all updates via email of new rooms available and also the latest prices especially since you will probably be only shopping around end of the year.
