    Students and Working adults are welcomed.

    The room has just been painted peach color. The light tube just been changed to warm white, good for studying. The house is quite tidy, and has washing machine, water heater, water filter. The room has a ceiling fan, quite spacious.

    Near tropicana city mall, walking distance approximately 10 mins.

    Just cross a road to sentosa area for food stalls hawkers, morning market, mini market, CIMB bank.

    Jaya 1 and Jaya 33 is around the corner if possess own transport.
