    Hi Sean,

    Well,this Room D seems a bit expensive for me myself as I only one person to live.
    Anyway,may I know whether RM420 is included all facilities?

    Yes, RM 420 includes all facilities (wifi internet, water & electricity, usage of washing machine & refrigerator) & fully furnished. All tenants in this house are females, and there is a water heater that you also can use. This room is also newly painted. I would be able to suggest 2 options for you, 1 – Would you like to get another friend to stay with you? 2 – If you stay alone, and you like the room, what would be your best offer to rent it? Would you like to look at the room to assist you in deciding? Are you a student or working? The house is strategically placed as u will not have to walk far to the shopping mall or to Segi College or to the bus stop.

    Yup,I might be a student of Segi Subang in May that’s why I have to find an accommodation somewhere in USJ.
    Well,that’s not easy to get somebody into the room with me right away.Or you do have anyone else who look for you for rental room who faced the same situation?You could find a roommate for me then =)
    How about your latest topic that RM180 availabe room? But looks the location USJ 2/2A is quite far from Segi.
    Anyway,do keep inform me any updated!Thanks!

    Well, I will put a few post out on the website to inform the visitors that you are looking for a roommate, anyone looking to share this medium size room with Moon? I will keep a look out for you if I find someone who is willing to share the room with you. This would mean that if there’s 2 tenants in this room, each person will only need to pay RM 210 each. Latest news, there may be a possible room availability at 8, USJ 2/2A, Subang Jaya Room E [RM 190 / 55 sf] I will reconfirm this by tomorrow and update the site. This room is only a few minutes walk from the No: 4, USJ 2/2H house. You can check out the Google Map here.
