This is a house that is currently in the documentation stage and the full handover should be by the end November or early December 2008. This would probably mean that the rooms in this house would be available by the end of December. Could be slightly earlier or slightly later, depends on how fast the government works, I’ll be crossing my fingers to get it by the mentioned date.
If you are looking for rooms in that area, please drop me a note or get yourself into the “Free Blog Updates” database to be informed of the status of this house in the very near future. There will be 10 rooms if I remember correctly in this house. This house is extremely strategic for working people who are either working in Subang Parade, Carrefour, or working anywhere within the KTM or LRT stations as this house is very near the KTM station that connects to the other LRTs from Sentral Station KL. It will also be convenient for students from Inti College, Taylor’s College & Metropolitan College as it is all a walking distance away. Food, fresh groceries and all other amenities like bus stops, taxi stands are all a stone throw away from the house.

There are still 6 rooms available. Room rental vary with the size of the room, air-conditioner and whether there are en-suite toilets. As of the time I am writing this comment, all the en-suite rooms are already booked for move-in in April. Prices start from RM 360 upwards. Facilities include water heaters, wifi internet, washing machine, refrigerator and water & electricity is all included in the rental.

Have u managed to find the apartment that u were looking for yet? Any reason why u are looking for an apartment for your sister and not a room? Is it becoz she will be sharing the apartment with other friends? As I know there are only 2 close apartments to Taylors but I believe the rentals on those are pretty steep to the rooms that I am offering but it may be what you are looking for as they may be slightly closer to Taylors. We also have air conditioned rooms if you are looking at options.
